Ah, yes! I recognize this scene, though I haven't been up there in quite some time, possibly not since you snapped the shutter for this one. Beautiful composition and looks great in black and white.
The combination of the dark black and white processing, the reflections from the glass along with the architectural lines gives that photo a bit of a Steampunk or Jules Verne type feeling. Was it taken during the time of Nicoli Tesla, HG Welles and Jules Verne? It has that feel to it. Yet the actual processing is to clear and clean to actually be a photo taken during that era.
Was the shot taken from a boat or from shore with a long zoom? I expect you used a tripod or monopod, yes?
